INFORMATION FOR BUYERS
Please contact us with any enquiries regarding pricing. Negotiations will be considered as well as discounts on multiple purchases and we always aim to keep in line with the current market values. We will attempt to get back to you as soon as possible.
Payments can be made either by credit or debit card via link from our payment suppliers Square, by Paypal, BACS or cash on delivery if items are collected or hand delivered. Invoices will be submitted with full details of how to make payment.
CONDITION AND RETURNS
Every effort will be made to represent accurately the condition of the item. Antiques and period pieces are expected to have wear commensurate with their age or use. If you would like any more information on condition please contact us. Returns will not be given for reasons of condition as shown and described. If a piece arrives damaged or unfit for use, please send photographs including the packaging within 14 days of receipt and returns will be considered on a case by case basis.
We are no longer able to trade in any item made from or containing ivory. So far this restriction does not include bone or horn but we will be monitoring the legisation and will make changes to our practices accordingly.
Unfortunately restricted items including but not limited to bone, tortoiseshell and feathers cannot be shipped abroad at this time.
Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of an items when packed. Items will be well packaged to protect them in transit and sent via Royal Mail Signed For, or courier for larger items. Please request a quotation on shipping before purchase to ensure you are happy with the cost.
